Colorado Rehab

Just outside Colorado Springs, builder Jarod Coffman and his crew take on one of their toughest challenges yet: breathing new life into a neglected home that’s seen far better days.

In this all-new Build Pros series on the Build Show Network, Jarod tackles a full-scale rebuild, transforming a property that was left in rough shape into a stunning, high performance home. From a complete HVAC install and exterior insulation overhaul to all-new siding, windows, and decks, every inch of this house gets a serious upgrade. Inside, the team reframes stairs, replaces electrical and plumbing systems, installs new drywall, flooring, trim, and cabinetry, and finishes it all of with custom details from fireplaces to fixtures. With his trademark mix of skill, creativity, and straight talk, Jarod turns a forgotten house into a showpiece worth showing off.
